IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

I've always disliked exercise but I've finally been pushing myself to be healthier and OMG I've been switching routines up as I go and everything is so fun?? I rarely use weights, but after this I think I'm gonna do that more often because this routine was a blast!! Thank you Chloe!!

To Chloe Ting,
I know you're not reading this, but I wanted to say Thank you.
My life has been really tough lately, I have had a falling out with my best fried of 7 and a half years, my Grandma passed away, and my mental health has gotten worse. Year 8 (I am 14 years old) has been a nightmare!
These exercises make me feel in control, and grounded. I feel happier knowing that i'm making time for myself, and that I am doing good for myself.

Just finished 2022 weight loss challenge. I've lost almost 5 kg (11 lbs) and 15 cm (5.9 in). I'm so proud of myself and everyone who still participate in any challenge. By the way, it was one of the easiest exercises. ^_^

I’m envious of how shapely your behind is! I’ve been trying to work on mine but as a mom of a preschooler I hardly get time for full workouts.😭 I try to get in at least 5 minutes every day, usually HIIT, and it helps me not fall too out of shape. Will definitely try your hip & butt workouts!

I dont think anyone will notice this comment, or Chloe, but i want to share that i have completed this 20 MINUTES workout WITHOUT a break! and it is only day 11 on the schedule of get fit challenge. Cannt imagine how strong ive become since working out with chloe 1 year ago. i can clearly see how my arm muscles are more defined now. THANK YOU CHLOE FOR YOUR PROGRAMS!

Thanks to chloe, i was able to shed 35kgs in a year (2019). And then covid happened. 1 1/2 yrs later i gained 20kgs from endless lockdown here in Malaysia. Imma start my routine starting July 1st and this will be my 1st routine to get the heart hate pumping again. My target is 30kgs for the next 1 year to go back to my BMi.. wish me luck! And thanks for everything Chloe ❤️

I absolutely LOVE the weighted strength workouts! As a runner I tend to get lots of cardio and these 10 to 20 minute videos focusing on strength are the perfect complement. They keep me running by strengthening all those parts that stabilize my running or that get overlooked. Love love love!

note to everyone: whether you’re working out for health, happiness, or both, you’re doing absolutely amazing, keep going!! This challenge was hard for me to get through, but it’s an absolutely incredible feeling of accomplishment once you’re done. Remember to drink water and get rest, take care of yourself because you and your health are so important!
