I've had a bit of a rough day with my toddler. He wouldn't nap and I was not motivated to exercise. I'm going to calm myself and do this and do my 20 min walk or jog on the treadmill or around my house. Thanks


Edit: 20 minutes later- I feel great.

I am a bigger girl and i saw a different 5min warmup from you and was so hesitant because of the impact it would have on my knees. but THIS one is an amazing starter. so stoked to try it ❤️

I'm so unfit that this warmup was a workout in itself! I know how to listen to my body and modify exercises so I don't flail about and hurt myself, and it feels good to get the blood flowing after having been sick and tired for so long. Thank you very much for sharing your workouts with us!

This is just amazing heart rate up and full body covered.. I did add my variations like second round of squats as sumo ones and knee round ups with an ab twist 😍

Lovely coincidence! I’ve just finished my morning run 🏃‍♀️ and outdoor yoga workout, I did the almost same warm ups in the park before starting my morning routines. But YES, your move looks more FUN and DYNAMIC! Will definitely try tmr morning! Thanks my energizer, Maddie💪💋
