This is what I ate to lose more than 40 lbs! I’m showing you some of my favorite high-protein healthy meals and snacks that I used to lose weight - these are really simple and easy to make, so they won’t take a lot of time. This is all gluten + dairy free, and I will show you vegan options for the 2 things that aren’t vegan. Everything else is plant-based!

Wow, thank goodness this video was suggested on my feed. I am mind blown on how eady and simple you made the recepies as well as explaning calories, substitutions etc, without feeling restrictive. I absolutely LOVE how you wrote out the plan in the video - so incredibly helpful for people who learn visually! Awesome plan, can't wait to try the mango smoothie. I like adding tomatoes to the spinach for eggs with a pinch of feta. Delish!

Glad I found your channel, I’m working on trying to eat healthier and I’m excited to try these recipes!😋 Thank you!💕 I was looking for the honey sauce ingredient measurements, but I did find them in your blog post😊. In case anyone else was looking, the measurements are:
– 4 tbsp honey
– 4 tsp sriracha
– 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
– 2 tsp sesame oil
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp ginger powder
– Salt and pepper

This is amazing! I think the secret to success with all of this is not only meal prepping, but grocery shopping. In order to make really delicious healthy options like this, the food needs to be available in the fridge. I know that when I go grocery shopping that I am all over the place, sometimes, I forget things, and I know I should go in with a plan but sometimes I just don’t know what to get. So, I’m making more of an effort to have recipes and things I want to make before I go to the grocery store. Sometimes it is still a challenge.
