Subcribed and bought your ebooks! I'm almost 49 and have always had a hard time keeping my weight down. I would love to lose 20 lbs and 30 would feel like a miracle! I will check in again after I follow your 1400 calorie meal prep plans. I like all the food I see you making so I might be able to do this!

Love the videos as Liezl makes everything simple and easy to understand plus has a really nice manner about herself. Started to meal prep more as I’m on the road 5 days and all the so called healthy protein bars are either full of sweeteners as well as other crap which gives me horrendous IBS - can’t be good for Gut health that’s for sure. Making my own protein bars is not only so much cheaper but far more importantly I know what’s in them.
