What I eat EVERYDAY to lose weight & help my leaky gut! *fasting*

finally my what I eat in a day video... I do eat at least one of these recipes DAILY.. I am a creature of habit. Today was a lower protein day for me which I’m noticing looking back but normally I will eat fish once or even twice and have a yogurt protein shake before veggies or after gym. This type of eating (intermittent fasting & decreasing calories) has really assisted me on this journey and has changed the way I feel about food and my body! I hope you enjoy and recreate at least ONE recipe!!

RECIPES: ( I DONT MEASURE I JUST TASTE AND ADD MORE OR LESS)
lunch:
2 bell peppers (must be organic they taste better)
2 Persian cucumbers
handful of blueberries
Trader Joe's goddess dressing
second lunch:
one bulb of fennel
1 naval orange
1 blood orange
1 avocado
chopped pistachios
*feta if you want
the juice from the juices as the dressing with olive oil
salt & pepper
early dinner:
tomato soup from Whole Foods...
dinner:
1 cauliflower (placed in airfryer for 15 min on 375)
parsley, smoked paprika, and coriander
salt & pepper
1 date chopped
pistachios
tahini dressing: 2 hefty taplespoons of tahini, half juice of lemon, salt, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, as much water as you need to thin it out
90 minute brown rice
frozen kind bars: mint chocolate & raspberry
