90 kgs to 53 kgs 💪🏻 What I Eat In A Day ? Intermittent Fasting ❤️

I have been doing Intermittent Fasting for the past 3 years, and after so many request I started this #getfitwithmercy to motivate my dear insta fam to start IF with me this 2022 🤍

Here are my meal ideas 💡 I’m not a certified person please consult your doctor for more info ❤️

I start my day with a glass of warm water and keep drinking water or green tea without sugar till I break my fasting.

Since it’s 16:8, we will be eating for 8 hours and fast for 16 hours. In this video I have included all three meals so you can choose your own desired time ✨

BREAKFAST OPTIONS ( choose any 1 )
Brown bread with peanut butter, omelette, 2 boiled eggs, fruits , smoothies

LUNCH OPTIONS
Take brown rice instead of regular white rice.
Eat your regular home cooked curries. Acid fried foods and oily foods.

Take more veggies and small portion of rice.
I used these kind of lunch boxes so I’ll know how much I’m eating.

SNACKS TIME
Coffee / Tea with 2-3 biscuits

DESSERT
Sesame balls , nuts , dates and peanuts

DINNER OPTIONS
If your eating all three meals try to keep your dinner light.
Salads or soups or one piece of chicken bbq

Try to finish your dinner by 7 and have only no calorie drinks after that. Just black tea or coffee without milk or sugar.

I’m content with this diet and once a week I eat from outside. And if we have biriyani at home I make sure to eat my second meal very light such as a bowl of oats or soup 🍜

And that said, I workout 🏋️‍♀️ 4-5 times a week. Even if it’s for 15 mins I try to do it.
Exercise and healthy diet ✨this was not a easy journey but definitely worth 🤍 I’m so happy I chose this lifestyle, it’s made me happier and healthy ❤️ INSIDE OUT ☀️

It’s all about portion control. I have cut out junk. Daily exercise or 10k steps. More protein in diet. I lost 14lbs in 2 months. Ever since I started calorie counting I am actually eating MORE because I am eating 80% healthy foods. Only junk in my diet is homemade pizza once a week.

Edit- Lost 26lbs total From Feb 19, 2023-July19, 2023. Gained muscle also.

Edit2 - Feb 19, 2023- October 18, 2023 - went from 172lbs to 138lbs.

Edit 3 - As of Feb 2024, I am at 130lbs :) stay consistent y’all!!

64kg to 50kg ~ I did home chores for 4 months continuously and running to grocery stores to and fro 5 times a day. That’s it!
Easily I reduced weight.
Diet: morning : bread with butter and peanut butter / oats w blueberries, honey without milk. Lunch: Rice, fried chicken and stir fried veg. Dinner: Pancake and fried fish. Supper Chocolate milk (Meiji). Drink 3L water per day. This is what I did. Lost 14kg

increase your physical activity throughout the day. Try taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking to the store instead of driving, or performing physical chores like cleaning the house or doing yard work.

If you are eating salad i night dont take it after 7-7:30 pm. Salads take a lot if time to digest.
One od the primary thing about fat cut is to improve digestion system aswell.
One more tip dont srink water before or after 1hr of having food. These smalls tioa will help immensely.

I've lost exactly 3 kgs in one month 😊 and 8 kgs total in 4 months. Yoga and balanced diet. Intermittent only started in November. Going to continue for the next 4 months 🎉 from 86.6 to 78.6 🎉😊 18 more kgs to lose.

Update : I got a fractured leg and had ligament damage. So I had to pause my weightloss journey a few months ago. I again gained a few more kgs and weight was like 83.5 kgs. But I got recovered recently and got back into the routine a month ago. I again lost the basic water weight (4 kgs) during the month of July. Currently 79.5 kgs and working on myself once again.

Before marriage I was 48 kgs and after marriage I started to gain weight way too fast...
At 60 kgs I started to feel insecure about my looks...
My husband is a big foodie so there was no way I can control my diet.
Joined gym, did yoga nothing worked...
Did intermittent fasting with same food I was eating.
Lost 10 kgs in 6 month...
Now pregnant and planning to start intermittent fasting after delivery too...
U doesn't have to at fancy or anything special in this. That's what good about this fasting.
