Almost every fitness/healthy living channel I've come across that shares recipes like this require ingredients that I rarely if ever buy (examples: salmon, capers, random herbs/spices/oils of which you can't simply buy a small amount, etc.). It's startlingly refreshing to see someone sharing healthy recipes which use ingredients the average poor schmuck like me can buy without worrying about the expense or that some of it might go to waste.

I’d never thought of using instant coffee in a smoothie! The whole reason I don’t drink smoothies in the morning is bc I usually prefer coffee and to have both would be too filling. Thanks for the tip, can’t wait to try it!

I like the simplicity of everything here! I feel like the secret is not fancy/expensive ingredients but just eating more creatively (using produce in a well balanced, satisfying way)- I can feel myself getting full just LOOKING at these meals 😂💕
