I love this, so relaxed and down to earth. I struggle a lot with definition, after my daughter was born some fat in my belly just never left even though I train and eat healthy . So this kind of relaxed chill content with a purpose is very valuable to me!

Honestly I do t think I could do the whole bulk cut bulk cut thing, I think your physique looks great either way! Personally I feel like it would occupy too much mental effort tracking calories and changing my training for whatever phase I’m in, obviously do whatever you enjoy girl, and I guess it’s part of your job as well! Xx
