Over the past 30 days I challenged myself to get back on track with my diet and fitness! I outline my daily routine to lose almost 2lbs per week.

SHOP GYMSHARK 🦈 -

ZUCCHINI CHIPS
- 2-3 Zucchini
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Garlic powder
- 1.5 tbs parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs

**Cut zucchini into little chips..not too thick!
** Crack both eggs and whisk together. Then place your zucchini into the eggs to let completely cover
** Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and garlic powder together
** Carefully coat your zucchini with the bread crumbs as the eggs will help it stick!

BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAPS

4-5oz chicken
Franks Buffalo sauce to taste
1 light laughing cow
30g cheddar or other low calorie shredded cheese
2 tbs light caesar dressing

**Mix all ingredients until well combined in a bowl
** add to a low calorie wrap, have on a salad or enjoy on it’s own!

ANABOLIC ICE CREAM

300g cashew milk
1 scoop protein
Stevia to taste
1/4 tsp Xanthum gum
210g frozen fruit
A lot of ice (estimated 3 cups)

**Blend all together until forms a thick smoothie. This will take some time to get the right consistency. You will need a spatula to help push ingredients down in blender.

Crazzy how lean ur back gets. That protein icecream looked great. I still prefer the taste of strawberries over blueberries but bananas are king for taste. Great video and message at the end.

Those who call him fat clearly don’t understand how much muscle mass he has. He is so freaking big for a natural trainer and I wish I had his gym performance and lifting his weight. Still working my way there and keep it up will ✊

I deadass teared up a bit at the end. I’ve been feeling not so great these past few weeks and my diet has definitely hindered and I’ve noticed my body getting a little fatter and it sucks. That message at the end genuinely helped me feel better about myself, especially since I compare myself to others too much for my own well being. I really hope Will knows how much he’s helped others on their fitness journey, not just thru workout and nutrition tips but they the positive messages he sends. Chef's tip for the zucchini chips: after cutting in slices, salt the raw zucchini quite generously and let it sit in a strainer for an hour. You'll be amazed how much moisture comes out. After the hour, rinse thoroughly, dry off and then bread & fry like you did. They'll be much more crispy and flavorful since they're deeply seasoned and the natural flavor is concentrated by the loss of water.

Too true way more to life than bf% when I was losing weight I was obsessed now im just chilling focussing on other parts of my life. Being consistent and just letting it happen. Also I've noticed my workouts have changed alot to stuff that I enjoy and more tailored to my goals rather than optimised for muscle growth. Thanks for helping me out along the way man. "My goal was never to get shredded. It was to get healthy, happy, fit, enjoying my workouts..." Will leaves body dysmorphia and peer pressure in the rearview and sets his sights on sustainable goals that will improve his quality of life. That is one of the most important ideas in all of fitness IMO. 90 seconds into the video and I feel like I'm home.
