Here is a 30 days weight & fat loss challenge for you to become fat to fit while at home. This workout requires no equipment at all and can help you to lose fat and weight in 1 month without the gym. It is a full body workout with HIIT exercises for you to burn calories during the workout itself and continue to burn fat as it increases your metabolism after the workout.

These exercises are perfect for beginners looking for a overall fat burning workout at home as no equipment is needed at all! Be sure to remain consistent throughout the 30 days to complete this challenge!

Week 1 - 1 set daily
Week 2 - 2 sets daily
Week 3 - 3 sets daily
Week 4 - 3 to 4 sets daily (depending on fitness level)

I am 191 cms and was 92 kgs before the pandemic, am 116 kgs atm after 1.4 months of working from home and not working out at all. I just finished first day's exercise, I will watch what I eat and keep this post updated. Unfortunately due to heavy smoking and not moving much for a whole 1.5 years, I can not do second round in the first day, my arms are so tired only from one.

I will add an arm and chest basic dumbell exercise 10 mins after this set. May we all lose weight with no loose skin, brothers!

51 yrs old, height 5’10 started my weight lost from 256lbs been doing 40min intense cardio a day at home for 37days with meal plans, down to 234lbs adding this to my regimen for my body target areas tomorrow morning for sure...

Doing this since 1+ Month and i lost about 3kg, i did alot of breaks because my own told me "you cant do that, you stay fat" and stuff like that so i stopped for some days and then i returned... i started with 81kg and now im 77kg weight, thanks dude.. i will repeat this Workout even more, today i got an App to check my food and doing an food routine so i wont eat / drink that much sugar stuff!

it's been 6 days I'm doing this workout besides a calculated calorie intake and alhamdulillah I have already lost 1 kg. It's a great exercise and I def recommend this, and for a better result try cutting off soda and sugar

Hey.... I was 67 at start I don't want to go to gym I saw this video and I thought why 30 I'll do it for one And today my last set completed and one year complete and m 43kg rn arm muscles are grown feeling Thx guys for dis amazing video and thx for helping imma tell all my friends about your video it really work....
