If you want a way to lose weight fast and effectively in 30 days or less - then this challenge is for you!

This 30-Day Weight Loss Challenge is designed to be performed everyday for 30 days! Remember, you need to exercise everyday!

The exercises are all body-weight (no gym and no additional weights necessary), which makes it perfect to be done at home. The workout structure is also built to make you burn as many calories in as little time possible. This will result in you burning extra fat in 30 days, getting in shape and looking awesome!

Started yesterday. I am currently 73kg. I want to lose at least 10 kg : 63 kg. My ultimate goal is 55 kg.
I will do this in combination with diet. Low carb meals, no sugar, drinking only water.will keep u updated:
UPDATE: my goal after this week is to weigh 69.9 kg. Please like for motivation.

Day 1: 72.9 (After diner I ate sushi at night, dissapointed)
Day 2: 72.6 (i ate white bread with eggsalad after diner, was not included in my diet :( besides that i ate very healthy, im proud)
Day 3: 72.4 (i felt very energetic and my body feels relaxed and not bloated)
Day 4: 71, 7 ( today was cheatday i felt very guilty at night/did not exersice)
Day 5: 71.2 (still lost weight after cheatday, i ate carbs, snacks and cake but still small portions and drank only water HAPPYYY)
Day 6: 71.8 (i gained a bit weight. I ate junkfood and did not exercise. Weekends are hard, but my waist still looks small, not bloated. Today i will try harder)
Day 7: 71.2 (did not excercise, will start this week)
Day 8: 70.9
Day 9: 71.2

This is day 5 of being on the workout and I already feel awesome. Anyone out there who feels like they can't do it, yes you can! I love this workout! Please wish me good luck!

I have been doing this exercise from 10th of August and today is 25th September and I missed like 7 days (4 days of my periods and remaining days were just because I was being lazy). I didn’t follow any strict diet I just cut my dinner in half of what I used to eat and in lunch i ate just fruits and 2-4 biscuits. So, regardless of this i lost 3.5 kgs. I used to weighed 55 and now I am 51.5. I just want to say keep going YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!

Guys, I started a week ago and I’m down 2.5-3.0 kg. I’ll update every other day, hopefully. This will keep me accountable. I weighed 82.5 and now I weigh 79.7. Just know, I’m intermittent fasting and doing this workout thrice a day. If you’re seeing this, all I need is one person to motivate me. I wish and pray that I’ll pull through. My goal would be losing 6 more kgs in the next two weeks and I’ll update accordingly. Thankyou for your time. God bless

Ok, so I did some of these exercises for 30days straight, along with that I made slight changes in my diet. I have lost 6kgs in a month! And not only that, I feel more active and energetic than ever!

I’m really grateful to the person who’ve made this video.

Oh yes, the changes in my diet were nothing but avoiding junk food, drinking more water and eating an egg every morning without any excuse! That’s it.

I drank lemon water whole day and would walk daily 11-12 kms in 2 hours and I lost 12kg in 2 months 💪🏻

I’m going start today (27 March) my current weight 59, 5 kg
Day 1: 59.1 kg let’s burn more🔥🔥
Day 2 : 59, 2 kg idk why I gain weight
Day 3: 58, 7 kg I also do a walk for 30 minutes
Day 4: 58, 5 kg + walk for 45 minutes

Week 2: I miss a lot of day but now my weight is 57, 9kg

It’s been a month and now my weight is 55, 5 kg and I’m so happy I also did the workout before bed

Always found it hard to get back into exercising, this was a good workout. Normally after working out I feel miserable but I feel refreshed and at ease 😊 this is my day 1 and I will be back for day 2!
