I tried this exercise for almost 1 week and i already see my bone on my shoulder so i stopped because i've been busy. Will try to do this for a month to achieve my desire arm. This is the only exercise on arm that literally showed a result. Everyone should try this exercise

In just 3 mins my arms started to burn! This exercise is great!😃

Day 1 - my arms are burning
Day 2 - 2 sets (morning and night) still hurts but I can feel my arms getting stronger
Day 3 - 2 sets (morning and night)
hurts a bit less now and I can see the bones on my shoulder showing slowly
Day 4 - ❌
Day 5 - 2 sets
Day 6 - 2 sets
Day 7 - 1 set ( already lost 2 cm on my shoulder) I was previously 30 cm. Now I'm down to 28 cm
Day 8 - ❌
Day 9 - ❌
Day 10 - 3 sets in the morning after a 45-minute walk
Day 11 - 3 sets
Day 12 - another 3 sets. Biceps down to 27

All your exercises are magical.. I have already lost all my belly fat after doing your loose lower belly fat exercises.. Now will start doing this also to achieve my goal and to get the perfect figure I always want. Thank you so much🙏

Day 1:I started doing this task first day i was not able to do but I didn't give up
Day 2: this is my second day i was not able so I thought of skipping but I thought of people who did bodyshaming i started doing the exercise
Day 3: today I was able to see some differences in my harm area I was so happy so I didn't give up i will continue to do for 3 more day
Day 4: i was able to do exercise easily only 2nd and last one was paining
Day 5:work out completed
Day 6 : it was a great results thank u so much for reading my comments

I'm an experienced weight lifter and this workout burned up my shoulders. Well done. Will definitely try the rest of the series

Day 1 - ARMS BURNNN
Day 2 - easier this time but still burns A LOT. Will try to do 2 sets a day now.
Day 3 - starting to be a lot easier !

My arm already hurts after doing 2 mins of this wok out. But! I won’t give up. I’ll do this work out again later, tomorrow, and everyday until I see results.

I'm gonna comment here everyday to make myself continue this exercise.
Day 1- pain.
Day 2 - more pain.
Day 3- this workout got more fun.
Day 4- today was relatively easier. Only one planks. I'm enjoying this so far.
Day 5-muscle tenderness present. Collar bones are more prominent. But arms are of same circumference.
Day 06- was easier than i thought. My collar bones are definitely prominent

-I’ll do this for a month starting today July 9, 3x a day
-I’m combining with cardio (30+mins)
-I’ll be careful with my food as well
-weights of 2.5lbs each

Measurements: (June 24th week)
Left arm: 30.5cm
Right arm: 31cm

Day 1:✅ (I hate this😭)
Day 2:✅ (It hurts so much help)
Day 3:✅
Day 4:✅ (it wasn’t so bad today)
Day 5:✅ (did also the “Day 2” video)
Day 6:✅
Weekly Update: wow
Left arm: 30.1cm
Right arm: 30.5cm

-I’ll do the other videos with their corresponding day.
-I’m taking Sundays off 😁
Week 2:
- I wasn’t constant so I won’t be updating measurements
- I promise I’m gonna start today and do it for a full month

day 1 of 6: ✅ I found it relatively doable, some of them had me really powering through and pushing myself but it’s a good burn, I kinda wanna do it again lol and I’ve done two sets of them. Loving the burn in my arms and looking forward to day 2
