I would like to thank this channel and Jessica. I am a first time mom and this has helped me lot. Me and my husband (yes he joins me) did the prenatal exercises almost 6x a week and My 7 lbs baby was out via vaginal delivery in Less than a minute. My doctor said my cervix was soft and my pelvic floor was wide enough to accommodate my baby without any difficulty. We are so happy we stuck to the exercises my delivery was a dream. My mantra during my contractions was “my body is strong and knows how to birth my baby”… I hope you continue to help all future moms and new moms out there!

I did several of your short workouts, mostly hiit or cardio. This time I had a little more time and decided to try something different and I almost dropped on the floor! It always felt as if I did only few moves of each, yet I'm shaking and dripping sweat. Thank you so much for all workouts, especially the short ones. I finally have a little time to squeeze them in my day several times a week and it makes wonders with mood. I love your positivity, the choice of music, the moves; this is my favorite youtube workout channel.

As usual another amazing workout. Juggling between the needs of a 2.5 years old toddler and a 2 months old infant it took me around an hour to complete this workout. But I still feel great. Thank you for creating these!

I like your classes Jessica. 6 months postpartum. 130Ib weight before pregnancy, during pregnancy 176Ib. It's wasn't easy in the beginning after my baby was born. But Doing always your exercise 💪, I lose weight have regained my body 135Ib and I keep exercise. I feel so strong beautiful and so happy being Mother 👩💓❤💛. Thank you Jessica 😊💓💖!
