I absolutely love this workout! Coming from more of a formal weight training style, I was really wanting the quick, long movements in a workout. Lindsey speaks very clear, gets you into the workout without stress, and makes a personal connection that is sometimes lost on video workouts. And being a mom of three, the videos for postpartum bodies is so beautiful and necessary!!! Way to go, Lindesy, making this about celebrating what women represent. Thank you for not once mentioning "looking good".

perfectly paced moves. you bring the legs to the perfect level of burn, and the cadence of the cardio and barre moves feel just right! i loved this workout.

i work out a ton...all sorts...but when i come back to barre...it always surprises what a great workout it is! Adding barre is important. i think i will weave in more barre and Pilates for a while;) thank you!

While recovering from an upper/mid back muscle strain, this workout was just what I needed today. My muscles were able to complete all the moves without pain. It's nice to have a bodyweight, athletic workout that gets the blood pumping, without added weights or high impact loads. Thank you so much, Lindsey!
