I am so excited to flow through this deep stretch flow led by Heather with you! I will be doing some modifications and Heather will show some modifications as well so if you need them, don't be afraid to take them! *Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Love yoga stretch, have not done so for many years, noticed the difference in my left hip and inside thigh, no flexibility, had an injury jogging two years ago, so I am going to take this easy and day to day, i already feel better for it this morning already. Thank you to you both, absolutely love seeing your youtube videos in the morning before work. And so many workouts to choose from, whats not to like??? Hope everyone has a lovely day...x

I definitely like this one! Not too many complicated moves.
I'm carrying extra weight and starting my fitness routine again so it can be a challenge to do certain moves. This was awesome! Enjoy this beautiful relaxing Sunday yall!! ♥️🙏🧘‍♀️
