Wow, some really powerful stretches in there, loved it. When I still did Thai massage there was a good psoas release in that involving having my foot on your bum and pulling the leg back. Giggles got me thru some tough bits in this too. Many thanks.

this was totally made for me...I will definitely be repeating this as often as possible. My back has many physical challenges and is never going to be wonderful but these stretches make things so much better (Im now on zero painkillers thanks to mobility, stretches and yoga).
