This felt really great, I've been "Trying to find the time" for it but especially that feet over head flexion drill, that gave a great release. Thanks again as always

I was SO impressed about being able to lay my knees down next to my head. It's like getting to know your body better and crashing down boundaries everytime I do one of one of his follow along flexibility workouts!

Thanks Tom, loved this after being abnormally sedentary the past week, especially when recovering from the second last set I felt a lot of tension release.
I think you might need to be learning your left and right though, as evidenced in the 'superman' positions.
