Would LOVE to see more golf centric routines (arms, back, chest, etc...). Literally just did yoga for the first time ever with you here and it was SO helpful. I can’t see NOT doing this now and how much it would help me not just feel better but also really help my golf game. Looking forward to more, thanks!

Tom...LOVING this video and your PNF routines...I work 40hrs a week on my feet managing a restaurant, and my back and hips are in tip top shape after working with your vids for the last few weeks. I'm a 7 handicap, and have struggled to feel open in my hips after a physically exhausting work week, but your routines have got me there. I'm 41, hitting 300yard bombs!

Im glad you have the hip flexibility in here as part of this routine. I have been doing this a bunch and also doing dead bugs to strengthen them. Great stuff thank you!

I've been searching for lots of videos to improve my mobility for golf, I realized it was hard to have a smooth, fluid swing with a stiff, immobile body.

I was already incorporating some sun salutations into your hip mobility video, glad to see this one to share with friends.

Awesome video! There are a ton of components in this routine that are helpful for swimmers, specifically breaststrokers (like me) because of all the hip work and internal rotation emphasis. I also really enjoyed the hip flexor part where you put your hands above your head, as this encourages a well-balanced, strong streamline position. Thank you so much for this amazing routine, you always make them worth doing!
