Join me for this 27-minute Yoga For Low Back practice! In this session we address all areas that contribute to low back aches and pain, as well as provide preventative care, culminating in the ultimate low back love practice!

Flexibility, core stability, healthy alignment, and conscious breathing are all necessary for a healthy back. Practice actively engaging the core for support and then give some love to that lower back with the use of gentle spinal flexions, extensions and twists.

Take some time to tend to your body with care, awareness and mindfulness.

I want you all to know that when we were stretching our left hips, my cat came up onto my lower back (which felt very nice) and there she stayed! She stayed there from left hip to table top to right hip! Really helped me engage my core; I didn’t want to dislodge her. Hehe

Always love that she says exactly what you need when you need it even when you don’t know it. “Relax your face” as my jaw is tightening without realising for example. So perfect, so intuitive and just what my body needed as always

I do yoga with Adrienne about 6 out of 7 days a week from my home in a village in Botswana. She has been an absolute lifesaver. Her gentle approach is so comforting for someone coming late to the yoga game, I'm 56. Thank you so much, Adrienne!

Adrienne, thank you. I often cry when doing your sessions, such a release, and fantastic for my back, which I broke in a horse riding accident in my 20’s. I’m now in my 50’s. You are a brilliant guide, gentle and understanding. I have only just started practicing with your videos and already feel the benefit. I love the short ones, as they fit in my day. Just showing gratitude today for you Adriene. I'm 61, a pianist and gardener with a big property and a lot of activity. Between the physical work and time on the piano bench, my body is screaming at me to get on the mat everyday. Thanks to Adriene I can call up a 10 minute yoga if that's all I have time for, specifically to my needs for that day or just fall into a nice long session - and I feel amazing every time and more centered in myself. One benefit of Covid 19 for me, has been that I found you Adrienne. I love your Yoga practices and actually prefer them to the ones I've been taking at my fancy pants gym. :)
Your gentleness, humor, calming voice and complete verbal instruction is incredible.
My back has been horrible for a week now and I started today by doing to low back classes and I feel so much better. Thank you for your talent, dedication and wonderful personality.

I have become addicted to yoga with Adriene. I am 69, have arthritis, back surgery, and fibromyalgia but still have amazed myself as the weeks go by. No, I cannot do all the positions but am learning how important breathing and grounding yourself to the earth is. Wonderful teacher and Benji!

Adriene! as a lady going through her time of the month, this is one of my go-to videos for lower back pain and cramps... but I really think MANY women such as myself would love love a yoga session designed specifically for that time of the month!
