Roberta, I just wanted to say how so very grateful I am to your channel and the different types of exercises that you share. I love that you get straight into the exercises without a lot of "pre-chat" and that the exercises are broken down into useful groups; fat burn, specific body part and they are mostly quick sessions. I am going on my holidays in two months and REALLY hope this helps to stop me hiding under the towel on the beach this year 😘🙏

I took pictures of belly and saw the differences. I didn't do the calorie deficit and thus my belly is not flat still this difference is great. So I'm gonna make this my daily habit.

guys i’m going to be honest this workout with a diet and within 7 days i started noticing huge changes, i didn’t think i was ever going to have a flat stomach and even though it’s not completely flat it’s really getting there!! i’ll update on day 30!!

Hi! I will start these exercises as soon as I can because I would like to lose the belly fat! I swim for an hour and a half maybe 4 times a week maybe more, so on the days I do not go to swim practice should I do this 9 minute exercises?, or should I do this exercises video once a day for 30 days in order to see a dramatic change in my belly fat loss? Thanks!
