Welcome to the 30 Day Challenge to lose your belly fat and tone your legs, butt and lower body in general!

In just 15 minutes a day you will be doing simple body-weight exercises that work both your abdominal muscles (such as Russian Twists and Knee Tuck Crunches) but also your lower body area (exercises such as Squat & Kick and Side Deep Squats).

As a result, you will burn calories and lose fat from your body - which in turn will help you get a flat stomach and good-looking physique!

Remember that this is a 30-day challenge and you must exercise every day if you want to see good results!

This was a great workout! It really got my heart rate up and I definitely felt the burn in my body! I’ve been away at college and due to stress eating I’ve gained 15lbs and I really want to start being healthier again. Wish me luck! 😊

I finally have found motivation to try and excercise more. I really hope this helps, but the comments all seem positive so I have a feeling it may! I am feeling confident enough to take on the challenge.

so i'm starting this today, i actually don't have excessive weight but i do have excessive fat and i wanna tone my abs and thighs .. so i started this workout today, i couldn't finish it all though (made it only to the second squat and kick) since i'm doing it after 30 min on the treadmill and my muscles are very weak ... i'll try to stick to it for a month and i'll try to share the results here, but i do feel the work on my thighs mainly since day one and this is a great signe that i'm doing it right and that the workout actually work ... thank you and peace !

I do this (and other combinations on different days) together with the upper body cardio for a full workout. It does take time but if you are consistent you will get results, I promise you. Just love Roberta's gym every day!

This helped me a lot I felt like I was going to disappoint my self. Hi I'm Apryll I'm 12 years old and trying to lose 50 pounds but I can't really stay on my diet any tips?? I also am trying to exercise more.

I am starting my 30-day challenge: CW- 50Kilos/ GW- 45Kilos (I am 5'2inches) I gained weight due to post pregnancy. Starting: November 3, 2021- End: December 3, 2021. I will be back on that date and will edit this comment. Wish me luck :)
