Diet plays important role along with workout. If you don't change your bad food habits you won't see any result even if you workout daily.

Started today home workout. Whatt a good session it is. She is damn good and she motivates to do more is keep me going. I'm gym person but this k lockdown have stop all. I just can't believe I did it in my place continue 30mins with her. Feels so damn good after sooo many days. Thanx so much guys.

I have started following this from past 3 months, bit irregular sometimes but it is really working for me. I had hanging belly post first baby. Now it has reduced a lot .still continuing to get a proper shape . Thank you so much curefit team it's really helpful .

Day 1 done - it was fun and moderate. Not too easy or too hard. There was no pressure to be perfect. So I took it slow, and I did It .
Day 2 - done .
Day 3 - done .
Day 4 - done . ( Ofc sweating a lot. Today I was about to skip it . But then I did it and glad that I completed today's session.
day 5- done ( i procrastinated today a lot, But ended up doing it anyway, It's not for someone else right ...it's for my own body . So i am committed to this)
day 6- took rest
day 7- just did it. I just woke up so i didn't feel much energized and also sweating much not that much.
day 8- rest
day 9- done.
day 10- done. I think i've lost 2-3 inches ...
Day 11 - (Done) 77.3 kgs.
Day 12- done .
Day 13 - done.
Day 14- rest. 77.7 kgs. ( I think this weight varies because of my food habit. I feel lighter but my weight says otherwise. Anyway. )
I made it through day 15. And honestly, I realized I don't enjoy the same routine everyday. So I'm now switching to something else.

Ma'am everyday for a week I have started working out following ur videos on burning belly fat.. incredibly happy..I m a beginner's..getting a little difficult with stretching push up exercises, mountain climbing as I have high bp..👍

Yesterday I started with this work out. It felt difficult and today I am feeling better than yesterday. Swetambari did a great job, loved the session. Gonna do this for 15 days ( I will make sure to do this excercise 5 days a week) and post it after every session.

11-09-2022 Day 1: Felt pretty difficult

12-09-2022 Day 2 : Better than yesterday.

13-09-2022 Day 3: I did it and it feels so good to be sweating

14-09-2022 Day 4: Completed however I did a small change of doing workout in this order SET1, SET1, SET2, SET2, SET1, SET1, SET2, SET2 rather than 4 sets each. This felt more doable.

15-09-2022 Day 5: My god still doing Set2 all 4 rounds together feels quite difficult. Hope to feel comfortable after few more work outs. However feels so refreshing after completing the exercise.

16-09-2022 Day 6: I had good reasons for not doing the exercise today but I pushed myself to do it and I feel great.

17-09-2022 Day 7: I did it....!!waiting for the day when I can say I felt quite easy working out 😜

18-09-2022 Day 8: I did it.

19-09-2022 Rest

20-09-2022 Day 9: I did Set 2 exercises first

21-09-2022 Day 10: I did it. Feels absolutely refreshing.

22-09-2022 Day 11: I did it.

2309-2022 Day 12: Tadaa, I did it and I am excited that three days to goooo, 😜 if you know what I mean

24-09-2022 : Did 20 mins of full body work out.

24-06-2022: Day 13: Feels good to work out every single day.

25-06-2022 Day 14: Yes, I am happy that I maintained discipline so far.

26-06-2022 Day 15: Finally the day arrived where I completed my challenge. It felt easy now.


Hence forth will continue with 20 to 30 mins work out every day. I wil try to follow other cult work out as it feels bored to do the same exercise everyday.
