LETS BUILD SOME MUSCLE AND BURN SOME FAT with this perfecto 40 minute FULL BODY workout! There will be a warm up in the begging and cool down at the in of the workout included to make your overall workout experience smooth and effective! Also there will be exercises to target your entire body giving you a great sweat sesh! I will be your personal trainer in this follow along workout!

For example, you will be doing variations of leg exercises to target your glutes, quads, calf muscles, and even hamstrings! Not to mention we will be doing different pushup exercises to target your chest, triceps, and even shoulders! And we cant forget about that back! We will have several movements to target your upper back, lower back, and even rear delt burns along with some bicep pushups to give the arms a finish workout. There will also be several exercises to target your abs to help you achieve the 6 pack you want!

i cant believe im so weak i could only finish 32 mins of this, 8 years ago i could a 200lap pacer test without losing breath and bench 150lbs with my 125lbs string bean of a body. i reached that level of physique with a mild meal plan and a singular quest bar 30 mins before my exercise for 5 weeks straight every other day. i promise to whoever is reading this i will not give up on my life, i will not leave work because i cant hold my self together and i will turn my hateful attitude ive had my whole life into a positive, loving and caring personality. i will not drive myself into the ground and will use this as a goal to achieve any level of success i desire for the rest of my life as long as i am here.

Hands down one of the best workouts I've done. Coming from a regular gym goer to now doing home workouts and running. Love it!

Thank you Bullyjuice for these workouts. They are very beneficial. I find it difficult to create my own workouts but simply following along gets rid of that mental demotivation. Plus I run into new exercises that work muscles groups I didn't even know existed. You are BOSS MODE 🔥🔥🔥 Keep it up!

Acabo de hacer está rutina por primera vez le agregué 6 ejercicios de flexiones distintas y un poco de peso en las sentadillas y los de manos y he quedado hecho trisas. Muchas Gracias!!! ❤

I have been on a big work out routine for the last 3 weeks and I have been getting great results, not only that. But your 45 min HIIT workout I do 2/3 times a week. And now I'm seeing this, bout to add this as well. Keep up the work and your vids are super helpful.

day 54 done. missed two days was moving and feet were killing me because we have tiles and i have an extremely thin mat. feet healed and will be buying a new mat soon. 6 more days should be 4 but im almost finished and cant undo whats been done. The workouts have been beneficial and still effective. God is good.
