I really like that you take your time and explain what my body is doing and how it's suppose to respond. I also like that you hold each pose to allow my body to adapt. Namaste

Thank you for the video instruction. You are a very good teacher, I appreciate slowly moving through the poses. I have very bad arthritis, fibromyalgia, neuropathy and herniated discs dt accident. Most yoga classes....even beginner classes are too difficult for me. I wasn't able to complete all the poses but I will keep trying.

I found this video a day or so ago and just got to stretch along. Definitely felt good to treat myself to some slow, easy stretching. I'm a part time care-giver for Mom and about 9 days ago, I lifted her in and out of her wheelchair incorrectly and by the next morning I could barely get out of bed. Have not been taking care of my own health much and this has been a wakeup call. I've never gotten beyond the beginner stage, but know this is exactly what I need to be doing every day. Thank you for creating the perfect yoga workout for my aching back and my overall health :-)

Thank you so much for this video. I have bad lower back pain and doing these stretches made my lower back feel very good. You can really feel the stretches =)

I'm a 59 year old mother of 4 and grandmother of 6.  I live in a small mountain village on a Greek island.  I've never done any yoga in my life.  Today was a good day to start.  I went through this video and I feel great.  I'll be looking into all of your videos.  Thank you so much for providing this wonderful service.

I just came across your channel and absolutely loved it. I was able to do everything. Your soft, comforting way really helps those of us who are beginners wanting to be healthy but can't do all of the jumping are jogging a lot of fitness videos have. I need to lose weight but am limited by arthritis. I'll be watching and welcoming any tips you can give. Thank you ! :)

I'm only 37 and since a couple of months I have bad lower back pains. I started your 3 days weightloss yoga through pinterest and found this video. I've done it yesterday for the first time and I've felt like new born. That was the first day I didn't experience any pain at all. Today I've done it again. I'm new to yoga and never done a class.

Thank you SO much for making these awesome videos!  I really appreciate this video!  I have previously attended a gentle yoga class that was offered free by a woman who has practiced for a few years (not a teacher) that was twice a week for an hour.  I've not been a regular attender of any professional yoga class.  I have a lot of low back pain and I found this while looking up stretches to help get some relief.  Thank you again -- you are a great teacher :)
