I have had mild pain for the past 3 days that got worse from climbing 3 flights of stairs with weight. I feel better after this. The pain is gone. All I now have is a mild sensitivity/tingling sensation on my upper thigh. I will repeat these to get rid of this completely. Thank you!

A key point not mentioned in the video is that if you shouldn't do anything that hurts. Sciatica isn't something where you should/can "push through pain". If you do that, you're just going to antagonise the nerve and make it worse.
For long-term fix I'd suggest looking up content about/by Dr Stuart McGill.

I’ve Been doing these exercises- After a long period of extreme pain and medication; and expensive physiotherapy in Nairobi. I must say, It has Been months of pure comfort. Massive thanks to Doctors at AIC Hospital Kijabe, Kenya; who actually trained on doing the exercises as opposed to them doing them and use of expensive medication.

Omg thank you so much!!! I’ve been in pain with a pinched sciatic nerve for a week nice looked at tons of videos. Found this one and did this video. The frog exercise is where I actually felt the pinch release finally in my lower mid back. Finally! I could feel the pressure and pain release as I sat in the frog hip position. Thank you so much!!!!

This video is Godsend. I have a textbook case of sciatica with each and every symptom. L5-S1. I almost passed out with pain and was put on Tramadol. I still got pain in my hams and calf .

These are great to try when nothing else works. They worked for me. Must remember movement is medicine.

TRUE! Stop stretching your sciatic nerve! It might further inflame to an already inflamed sciatic nerve! Instead do decompression on the certain vertebra that causes pressure on one of the sciatic spinal root.

Hey.. finally.
I feel relief. I'm 61 and am blessed with an athletic body, I play soccer, tennis, cycle to work but this the first year I felt prolonged pain in my inner glutes. Think I'll make this my daily start. Thank you
