I was in absolute agony this morning when I woke up. I could barely move. I did all the exercises you showed in this video. I can’t tell you how much I struggled with all of them. I couldn’t even lift my legs up - the 90 degree/ dead beetle position without crying. Doing the bridge was absolutely impossible at first. But i went through them all as best as I could and OMG i can move again! It worked! I am not pain free but I can walk and move so will keep doing them from now on regularly. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏. I am so grateful I came across your channel 🙏🙏🙏

Hello Dr. Rowe! Have been performing your specific neck, back, leg, and sacroiliac exercises for months now. I had L5/S1 ‘disk shaving’ surgery 13 years ago that healed me; but at times, still have some pain issues from overwork or lifting. Will be turning 65 this summer. Your knowledge of the correct exercises and carefully chosen verbal coaching during your videos have proven quick relief for specific pain/problem areas for me. and when I perform your exercises daily—have found lasting, future relief. Could barely get out of bed without help or nerve pain shooting in lower back then I found this video and forced myself to do one bridge pull up. After few more repetitions I can get upwards from bed or chair. I do not know how it works or what it does but it worked for me. None of previous excersises worked except the bridge one.
