I was born partially blind and I started meditating at the age of 10
I am 35 now and I run my own business plus I do a job plus I am a mother of two and I handle my household duties
I do community service and live my life to the fullest
All thanks to the techniques of art of living and meditation which I have been practising which has made me so strong from within that despite of a disability I feel I can do anything

It really works!
I am a teenager. I wanted to do basic meditation for relaxing my mind and stop overthinking and to become focused in prayer and study. After watching this video, I immediately tried it. At first I could not do it for 20 minutes. My legs just wanted to stand up and walk. It is also very hard to focus in just one thing. But I felt much relaxed and calm after meditation. It can also help to fall asleep. I will try to continue the meditation. (In Sha Allah)

Mai meditation ko mere daily routine m dalna chahti hu .... Maine try bhi Kiya h but focus nhi ho pata, ab mai is video ko dekhne k baad new starting krungi, I wish mai kr sku 😊

1) keep your back straight
2) focus on breath
3) it is ok to have thoughts while meditating
4) but one has to struggle to overcome those distractions for better focus
5) think about light flowing in your body
6) practise daily.
7) in morning after bath is best time
8) be nice in your life to grow

Bhaii aj se exact 3 mahine pehle ye vdo dekhi thi life me us time bhot se ups and downs the vo ab bi hain pr ek.alag si hi energy aagyi hai body me sach me meditation is very good for humans menta health trust me 😊

1. Find a comfortable place
2. Back should be straight
3. Eyesh should be close for 20 minute
4. Keep your hand in posture
5. You have to focus on one thing during meditation like breathing, mantras (chant)
6. Meditation is like visualisation of one thing (like absorbing of positive rays)
7. Find happiness during meditation
8. Do at least 15 minutes
9. Make fixed shedule for mediation
10. Do meditation after bathing when your stomach is empty

5 din se me meditation krne lga huin for examination to cut off from the stress..after 5 days and today i feel so calm that..i see lots of differences from my studies, my relationship, my family relationships.... meditation is the only way a person can cut from the stress, anxiety and mild depressions. ❤️

Sir I am following u since 2015 n u have changed me a lot now I am not at the place where I want to be in my life but m sure soon i will b there n whenever i feel low suddenly within days i use to get new video of ur n sandeep maheshwari sir what are mostly related to my problems n in that case I feel Thank u sir n like u i want to be a person who helps people who are needed the most

Bro main meditation cantinue 3 years kar raha hu Maine akdin v 3 year's main meditation practice skip nhi kiya mujhe OCD anxiety depression ka 16 years problem tha kafi psychologi doctor ko dekhaya but thik nhi huya mere ghuru ji ne mujhe thik Kiya o v YouTube pe meditation practice k training dete hai unko main YouTube se contact Kiya Aaj main 100% thik hu Aaj mere main kafi share ocd anxiety and depression k paicent hai kafi paicent thik ho gaya main help Kiya unko thik hone main really bol Raha hu aap sab logo ko meditation practice se har ak problems thik hota hai but aap logo ko regular practice karna padega aap logo ka sach main life happiness rehega meditation great practice your mind and body

I have started meditation from last month. ....and believe am now much more positive than before ....During lockdown period I was quite mentally disturbed, emotionally disturbed, I used to feel low, sad, and very negative.Used to get angry in small things ....But after starting meditation I started feeling happy, positive and energetic all day .I always feel motivated.even two months back something happened with me for which I got nervous breakdown .... almost same situation happened again few days back but this time I could control my emotions very beautifully and handle the situation gracefully.
I know that my comment is quite long but I can proudly say that starting meditation is the best decision I have ever taken. And I request everyone to do the same .Because it heals you emotionally and increase your emotional intelligence 🌼
