For some reason I imagined the breathing into the body part as a light making my body glow like the sun. It looked like happiness to me. I also had a smile on my face after a few minutes and honestly it felt like a real genuine smile, which hasn’t happened in years. It felt nice.

I don’t know why but when he said to let the air flow to your heart tears came down. I loved this experience definitely my new hobby

1. Sit In An Active Posture and you may choose to close your eyes
2. Take a deep breath feeling all air inside of you and exhaling which lasts longer than before
3. Take another deeper breath feeling air contracting you lungs and rib and exhaling lasting longer than before
4. Take another even deeper breath feeling the air flow through your body and exhaling it out and notice how you feel now
5. Now take a deep breath feeling all the air down to your feet
6. Another deep breath feeling the air all the way down to knees and toes
7. Next deep breath sending it all the way down to your pelvic region
8. Next deep breath sending it to the back of your body relaxing your abdominal region
9. Next deep breath sending it to heart and sending it out of your heart then sending it to your upper torso and your shoulders.
10. Next deep breath into your neck leading it to your lower jaw relaxing your mouth breathing in the area around your ears. Breathing now all the way to the crown of your head
11. Next deep breath breathing all around your body feeling it flowing through every part of your body
12. Continue breathing for a while
13. Take 3 more deep breaths just like (1, 2, 3)
14. Now take the deepest breath sending the air from the top of your body to the tips of toes and feeling it coming back from toes to the top region your body
15. Now open your eyes and see how you feel

I wrote this so if anyone comes back to review what he had to do, here you go although it's not upto the point :)

i love how he said not to judge yourself when practicing meditation. that made me feel more confident that it will get better the more i practice <3

So I've been dealing with a lot of anxiety the last 3 weeks. It's been tough but it's gotten better. I've slowly been building a routine to keep me busy but also help my body such as walks, yoga, & exercise. I wake up around 6:30 which is much earlier than I normally sleep. This morning though I was up at 5:30. Couldn't get back to sleep, and my anxiety was starting to get bad. I was thinking what could I try to help me calm down. I decided I'd try Meditation and found this video. I wasn't totally sure it was working and by then end I was really starting to think it wasn't working but near the end when he said however it went was how it was supposed to go helped quite a bit. I was trying to feel the things he described but it just wasn't working so I started to feel as if the meditation wasn't doing anything but then 1 little sentence at the end honestly reassured me that it may not have went as I was totally expecting it to but that's ok. How it went is how it was supposed to go. Thank you for this video!
