I had a lot of negative thoughts going on in my mind. I did this meditation, the negative thoughts are still there but I am feeling a bit positive as well. Will try this everyday

I am preparing for CA Final Exams and i chose to meditate to calm myself and focus on the process rather than the output. I'll be going this at noon along with Gita at night. This effort is basically to improve my concentration and the feeling of devotion towards my studies
