This has been my all time favorite hip stretch/opener stretch to do every week. It's so beautiful and relaxing and just makes me go everytime I get a good stretch.

I love your pacing. For me, there's a nice balance between having enough time to achieve a stretch in each asana and keeping the energy moving. I always end up feeling great.
