This reclined yoga class will deeply stretch out your hips, releasing tension and pain.

In this 15-minute hip opening yoga class, we'll move through some deep hip stretches that are perfect to help relieve aches and pains, as well as increase flexibility. This entire yoga practice will be done supine on our backs.

I couldn't finish but after at least an hour sobbing my heart out I finally found enough peace to try and get some sleep (2.30 am) and I thought I'd try again for yoga. Didn't work before but now a couple supine stretches did work. My heart may still feel heavy but knowing I can hold myself through practice even now, that is so healing.
