Hi Rosalie, I’m so grateful and appreciative to have found your channel through a fellow Ty yogi. This was super, it asked very little in terms of posturing and such. The voice to music ratio was on point and consistent, no visualizations (I have aphantasia) and the best was it went so quickly (perfect for adhd). Thx Rosalie! I really enjoyed this one minus my own snag stemming from a Fmr therapist who had driven a concept around entitlement (which is antithetical to my values so it came as a surprise). So I struggled rewording “I expect…” as it triggers a sense of entitlement (which no one is entitled to anything but later I came across a concept of healthy entitlement). Maybe “I would like” or “I hope” would be acceptable? Or look at the healthy entitlement concept. Analysis paralysis!
