If u notice how jacked dude is and he s not using crazy amounts of weight, , it’s like this lifting heavy is good once a week if that…slow and steady wins the race…

Today's shoulder workout! I tweaked it and made it my own- I did 3 sets of each exercise instead. Another good workout!! Thank you!
