This is by far the most well presented workout video I’ve ever seen. Your format with the little instructional breaks then the countdown, etc, showing the workout from the correct POV so I can mirror it, it’s perfect. First time I’ve ever been able to follow along with a video like this. You’re going to get another view from me every day!

I've been following and doing this back and traps workout for the last 2 months, twice a week. I'm a cardio workout guy but this routine has really increased my posture and muscle tone. Brilliant video!!
