As a type 1 diabetic, I find these 10 min workouts really helpful. I dont know how to control my blood sugar levels in long workouts yet. I combine two of your 10 mins workouts and works perfect for me.

Thank so much I am 67 and just got back to working out about 6 months ago after a 3 year break due to some operations i have been barley working my shoulders and back afraid to injury myself again I found your 10 minute back and shoulder workout on you tube and WOW amazing I am seeing results in my shoulders and back and pain free can't thank you enough i have been doing each one twice a week. I am following every exercise of MIDAS MVMT and trust me guys, he is a great trainer. His exercise techniques are quite effective and bring results if done regularly without fail. I had made a routine of Biceps, triceps, shoulder, abs etc. for a Mon to Sun routine and target each day with specific muscles with his videos, it does work.

No joke his workouts are super effective, ive done his back, shoulder and arms workouts all seen good results. Would recommed going to a gym if you can because its better but if your only equipment is 2 dumbells then you can still do it
