Try this 15 Minute Dumbbell Chest Workout at home two or three times every week. This is a dumbbell full chest workout you can do anywhere as long as you have access to a pair of dumbbells between 10-30lb. It's also beginner-friendly - just use lighter weights than I used in the video.

I found this workout channel yesterday and did this video this morning. Anyone just finding it don't sleep on it just because it's a 2 year old video. The plan is great and I plan on following these workout videos for the future. What I really like is how in the lower corner it shows what the next exercise is going to be so you're not confused or fiddling getting into position. That was just brilliant. Couldn't make it to the gym today, so I thought I'd try a YouTube workout. Started feeling the burn within the first set or so! Did full arms set( shoulders, then bicep&tricep). Who would've thought I'd come across absolute GOLD?? You sir have earned a sub 💯

I am an absolute beginner and I have started these 15 minute workouts daily. One workout per day and it takes me an hour to complete. I can feel the burn, I will continue these and hopefully make significant progress

Your workout session are real help to me. I am an ex boxer, who is working as a software engineer. This work from home due to pandemic, have caused me to be extremely overweight to a point when I fear for my life. I was 150+kg, when I started home workouts.
They say your muscle has the memory and thus reshaping is considerably easy compared to someone who is transforming for the first time. But what they don't say is even we have to go through the same path. Just because we have gone through that path before doesn't mean we skip and go straight to the destination. We still have to walk the distance!

Your videos is what I am watching with Just 2 sets of dumbbells. I am now 121 Kg and reducing. I am reducing weight by weight training (Very less cardio and abdomen. I hope even this method works, weight/fat loss by toning the muscles). Arms, Chest, Shoulders. One day at a time.

God has given purpose for everyone. I am assuming this is your purpose! Without your knowledge, I am sure you have helped many!
