Join me for a 15 min STANDING ARM WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your upper body. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. Today I'll be using 10 LB weights. Each interval will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is an ALL STANDING wrist friendly workout, with zero planks or pushups! So grab your weights and get ready to feel the burn! 💞 xox Mik

It is SO HARD to find light weight workouts that is actually challenging! Also, there are no loud and obnoxious screaming and ur channel is subtle. Thank you so so much for ur light and low impact workouts! Would love to see more like this one that target different part of the arms, abs and legs. Thank u again.

I love "fit by mik's" workouts. They are challenging with no loud music or too much talking. Peaceful and thorough workout where I can focus on form. I definitely see results--Love it!

Your upper body strength videos are perfect for me - I’m 51, doing strength training 2-3 times a week on top of walking daily. Man girl you are a beast. I'm so happy YouTube recommended you to me. I use your workouts on my strength training days. I love the beginner friendly workouts. No pressure to try to over do it. Thanks to you I went from 3lbs, to 4lbs, to now 8lb dumbbells. This is coming from someone who is very novice with dumbbells. Thank you for everything you do!

I've looked at approximately 5 zillion upper body workout videos. This is the ONLY one I've found that I know I can use repeatedly. As mentioned, no irritating chatter, no screaming and no distracting music. Plus the onscreen timers are welcome, as is the 15 second rest between moves.

I will be 65 in a few weeks and feel like I need to do something for myself. I ordered light weight dumbells 1-5 lbs. (don't laugh) and am starting slow to work on my arms. I love the pace that Mik takes and so appreciate these videos. Thank you so very much :)

Really enjoying the workouts. Simple, easy to understand, nice music, not a lot of talking and other distractions. Love the 45 second on and 15 minute break - that is perfect. Love the variety of options to pick what you want to do for a workout.

I've been doing your workouts for the last few months and I love them all! I'm not a gym rat in any way, so I love how they are challenging but not to the point when you want to stop doing them, and you are actually looking forward for doing the next one soon. Thank you! I really enjoyed this! I'm 68 and LOVED working out at the gym where I was often the only female and always the oldest person there; but I worked hard, was fit and toned and earned the respect of the young guys so I felt comfortable there. Sadly it closed in December 2021 due to Covid restrictions and never opened again. When the restrictions were lifted, it was the summer [too hot to train], then I put on weight and lost the confidence to join another gym [elderly women DO NOT weight-train in Greece!]. Now i hate the way I look and am trying hard to get my body presentable for the beach next summer, working out at home. I have a permanently damaged knee so cannot do programmes that need me to get up/down on the floor - so this workout was perfect! I used 2kg bars and it was challenging enough for me at the moment...but I'll be back to do it again! I'm looking at your other workouts too

I’m a 72 yo woman & I used 4 lb weights for this workout. I loved it. My biceps are good but the triceps aren’t. This will be my 3 times a week upper body workout. Thank you.

I love your standing arm workouts (w.dumbells)--I think I've done perhaps 7 to 9 maybe more different ones--15, 20, & 25 minute intervals. But this may be the best one of all, for me anyway. I love each set, the ranges of motion you put together, the compound movements. Really, really good as are all of your others. But something about this one felt to me like it really worked the targeted muscle groups (biceps, triceps, shoulders) fantastically. Superb. I'll be coming back to this one repeatedly. Thank you so much for being our fitness instructor and trainer!

This is I love that there's no screaming or intense music. I want to be challenged in a few minutes with my weights and this is exactly what I was looking for! The exercises are simple, but effective. I love that the way each round combines two moves into one - I'm the kind of person who would get bored doing even 45 seconds of the same move! Just enough variety to keep my brain busy, super effective and challenging while still being accessible for beginners, and the 45 seconds on/15 seconds off structure is perfect! You won me over with this one for real <3
