i love Astrid’s workouts- this one is great too. though i would like a similar one with weights full body but not so much shoulder work. maybe chest and rest of body

While I just a subscriber, I want others to know that you should not feel bad if this seems way too fast. It is fast. We are not all professionals (referenced in the video, BTW). Just take it at your best pace and be careful. Going too quickly with weights can cause injury. When you work at your pace with your weight needs (3 lbs or no lbs may be perfect), this is a great workout.

Honestly i gave up not even a minute into this but then i dropped my weights down then picked it back up, i did end up finishing this. Nice workout

Just finished this workout and before I did your 10 min Cardio. Can you explain why this work out is "Fat Burning"? Does it have something to do with using the weights? I enjoyed both work outs and adding them to my favorites! Thank you!!
