Here's a dumbbell only chest workout for you to try!

1. Flat bench press - 4x12
2. Incline bench press - 4x12
3. Incline hex press - 4x12
4. Low-high flys - 4x12
5. Pushups - 3xMAX

A few of the exercises do require a bench, however, if you don't have one, you can make the following changes:
1. Flat bench press - 4x12 ----------- Floor press - 4x12
2. Incline bench press - 4x12------- Decline pushups - 4x15
3. Incline hex press - 4x12----------- Wide grip pushups - 4x15

The "low-high flys" are really just front raises which are a shoulder exercise, just cuz u externally rotated ur hands doesn't magically make gravity change directions

Keeping this for myself:
4 x 12 bench press
4 x 12 incline bench press
4 x 12 incline hex press
4 x 12 chest flys on a bench (I’m doing this instead of his low-high flys)
3 x failure PUSHUPS

The low high flies won’t work unless you lie on a bench and do them. Gravity pull ur arms down, meaning you mainly work your front delts

Hey Max, can you make a video about indigestion issues if you've been through bloating, acid reflux, burping, and that sort of thing? About the foods you eat or tips to cure these problems? I'm a skinny guy trying to bulk up but I need to feel energized when I train but I feel lethargy all the time.

Everything but the second the last one is good. Even then, the hex is more for your triceps. I feel like sticking with incline bench some pushups and maybe some chest flys will work. Take note: the flys have to be done either lying down or with a bowstring or resistance band.

Try the "low high flys" on a high incline bench, elbows bent almost like punching towards the ceiling ... you will see a difference.. they have to be done super light & strict

People are dissing "the low flys" but all bodies are structurally different and some people respond really well to it.
I've found it's a nice finisher exercise after a heavy session but using a low weight to really concentrate and feel that squeeze in the desired section of the pecs.

For people commenting on hex press, it's a tricep focused exercise not chest, great for a superset following skullcrushers
