I enjoyed the workout! I went between 10 and 15lb dumbbells. I did struggle through the push-up segment, but I hung in there and finished! Thank you, coach.

Just want to say thanks again! I am moving up in weight, bought myself 15 and 20 lb dumbells for Christmas! Your videos have gotten me moving in a new direction to build muscle, not just lose weight. I love my new muscles! Also watching your nutrition videos to help me figure out my diet.

Hey Alex! Thank you for sharing this video. It was a great workout and I actually liked using one dumbbell versus two because I could really focus on that muscle. It also helped in working on getting my form correct.

Is it fine as a beginner to feel the burn in triceps and not in chests because I have not experienced any burn on my chest? GREAT workout BTW!

Your content is awesome 💫 I want build up my chest, arms and shoulders and all i have is one dumbell.so do i need to do every workout everyday or is it ok if i do one workout a day and another workout next day

Great workout! I'm getting ready for a surgery that will have me out of commission from lifting for several weeks. It feels so good to get a really nice pump on and make the most of the time while I still can! Did this video with a 20lb kettlebell, felt good!
