Standing flies do not work the upper chest, it’s just the same as doing front raises such work the shoulders, changing the grip doesn’t magically now target the chest. Still works the shoulders

Bro them floor flys is a GAME CHANGER! I had a crazy chest pump. Especially at the top of my chest. Def doing these every damn day of the week lmao 😂💯

Last one is the basic front delt exercise, exactly like curl is for biceps. Upper chest will help the front delts a bit, but this is NOT an upper chest exercise.

Excellent! Just dont do the first one it will cause back injury. You always need support for your back while doing chest press. Cheers

Thanks God. Much appreciated. I found that working out when it comes to the chess it’s easy to train the lower chest but it’s much more difficult to train the upper chest.
