Just do normal hammer curls and reverse curls. Those aren't fancy enough for social media, but they work

Cross body hammers and cable hammers are something I'd add too. I'd also not neglect just farmer carries, functional forearm training and you can hold it at differing heights to crunch out your forearms even more.
