I had some digestion problems for a while, I went to the doctors and I got diagnosed with a parasite that was eating all my progress and energy. I lost quite a lot of muscle and strength, around 17-20lbs. Chris, you always keep me motivated to get back into training, I'm creating a meal plan and will choose one of your routinesfor every muscle group. This summer I'm going to be at the peak of my calisthenics game. Your consistency and positivity motivate me all the time.
