TWO VIDEOS IN AND I AM SUBSCRIBED. 56 WITH A HIP REPLACEMENT AND ANOTHER ON THE WAY. SHOULDER, NECK, AND BACK ISSUES, AND ARTHRITIS IN THE KNEES. RECENTLY GOT GYM MEMBERSHIP. WENT ONCE AND WAS IN SEVERE PAIN FROM OLD SCHOOL WORKOUT. THESE OVER 40 DUMBELL WORKOUTS AND MUSCLE EXPLANATIONS IS TOTALLY WHAT I NEED TO RECOVER LOSS MUSCLE MASS AND STRENGTHEN ME GOING FORWARD. Great video! I’m new at lifting. I sometimes get a little confused by your videos as to when you’re providing the correct form, or when you’re demonstrating an incorrect form. Today you put an X over the wrong form, which was helpful.
