20 MIN CHEST AND SHOULDERS WORKOUT with Dumbbells | No Repeat

Perfect combination… chest and shoulders workout! A solid session targeting the chest with chest press & flyes then onto the delts with pressing, raises and some isolation!

All you will need for this upper body workout is a pair of dumbbells and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg each and 8kg each!

The timer will be on for 45 seconds of work each set, 15 seconds rest!

PALMS FACING PRESS
DEADSTOP CHEST PRESS
ALTERNATING CHEST PRESS
DIAMOND PRESS
1 1/2 REP DIAMOND PRESS
FLYES
PALMS FACING FEET FLYES
ALTERNATING FLYES
SHOULDER PRESS
BOTTOM, TOP, FULL RANGE PRESS!
ARNOLD PRESS
SINGLE ARM PRESS
SWITCH SIDE!
ALTERNATING LATERAL RAISES
PARTIALS
FACE PULLS
BOTTOM, TOP, FULL RANGE FRONTAL RAISE!
DRIVING CAR!

When ‘driving the car’, try to think about extending the arms out in front as far as possible!! It is a lot more challenging!! 😉

A great workout to save for when you just want to grab your dumbbells and so some upper body strengthening!😁

I use to workout to change my appearance, but now I am legitimately focused on getting stronger and challenging myself and I feel so accomplished and it is such a rewarding feeling when I know I pushed past my comfort zone and can perform more reps and lift heavier! my mindset now is this mindset has really improved my motivation and just overall mental wellbeing! Caroline never fails to continuously challenge me even though I've been following her since April 2020!

I love this workout but by the time I get to my shoulder work My body is tired from tghe Chest portion. Any suggestions? Perhaps go lighter on the chest portion?

PS Just finished and the tricep add on too! What a fantastic upper body session! Brilliant selection of varied exercises...always interesting...and very demanding! My triceps had genuinely been worked to failure by that mast slow tricep push up...I got down...but really really struggled to push back up! Great workouts, Caroline...and what absolutely superbly produced videos! So beautiful and technically perfect! All just fantastic! Matthew

Loving the 2 short yet intense videos. Perfect to fit in early before work yet still feel you've worked the targeted area thoroughly. You fit into 20 minutes what most probably spend an hour doing in the gym. I know which I'd rather do. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
