Using a Bench to train your chest is the most optimal way to make the most gains but if you don’t have a bench, there’s no reason not to train them so here’s some moves to try out. You can do all these on a Bench too if you have one 💯

Guys notice that he did the flies with lighter weight.Those are dangerous with heavier weight please be careful.

For the third exercise, don’t crash the dumbells to eachother. Also bend your elbows when going down too on that exercise

I have no bench! So I use 3 things that I have! My chair, a single seater backless bench, and my bed! First I put the single seater bench on the side of my bed (no gaps in between). And then I put my chair facing towards the bench and my bed! All three put together in a line with no gaps in between! Then I get on my bed, and lay on the three of em! My head goes on the chair! My upper back on the single seater bench! And the area below the upper back goes on my bed! Tada, I made myself a custom temporary bench!😂🤣
Now I can do dumbbell bench press on it!
