Today's Low Impact STRENGTH and Cardio Workout focuses on building full body strength while sneaking in some cardio to keep that heart rate up. We are using dumbbells for resistance and keeping our movement low impact with no jumping - be sure to choose a weight that challenges you and allows you to maintain control and proper form. Get ready to power through upper body, lower body and core strength exercises in this killer sweat sesh!

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
3 Strength & Cardio Circuits: 45s work + 15s rest x 2 rounds each

HYE Heather, I too wanted to echo what many people here have already said. I discovered your channel in September 2020 and it shook me out of my plateau. I was exercising 6 days a week for an hour running on the treadmill and with some HIIT and weightlifting. Needless to say, I have followed some other trainers online, but the first time I did one of your videos I could see what I had been missing. Your form is impeccable and the way in which you put together workouts bumped me out of that plateau. I began with your 12 week plan and was incredulous that such short workouts would change my body - but they did! I'm so happy to follow your monthly calendars now. They keep me on track and I don't feel guilty if I only do a 25 minute workout because your workouts work! I'd also like to say that your videos are so professional and yet, authentic. Thank you. I'm so grateful for your videos especially this year.

I appreciate that you let us see when even you have to lower the weights for a second because it gets to be too much. You are undoubtedly in incredible shape so it makes me feel better about the times I have to take a quick break knowing that you're human like the rest of us. :)

So thankful for this workout. Just did a cross country drive and wasn’t feeling well. This made a huge difference in how I feel. Appreciate the low impact and shorter length; allowed me to push myself without overdoing it! As always, you rock Heather! 🙌🏾💪🏾😅

And then I discovered you were Canadian and thought it was an awesome coincidence to find a trainer I loved so much who also happens to be from the homeland. I just want to say THANK YOU for this channel!! It's been SO difficult for me to find a YT channel that holds my interest... either the content and format is not challenging or consistent enough for me, or it is challenging enough but the video / audio itself is just maddeningly bland... It's totally refreshing to find a YT instructor who so flawlessly combines SUBSTANCE & STYLE. I can't even convey the struggle it's been for me to find that combo!! I workout so much from home and spend so much time devising my own workouts or trying to find someone else's that fit my needs, and when I'm able to just shut my mind off and follow someone else's lead without being absolutely BORED TO DEATH either by the workout or the visual or sound, well it's just an absolute blessing.
