5 months ago I literally could not finish this video I was done at 14 mins. I was so upset I couldn't finish it. I was so unfit. Now I love doing a different one every day. I have dropped 2 dress sizes and feel full of energy. Thanks to Dan and Alex 👍

Thank you for making these beginners videos, with women from all different sizes and body types. I am not a fit/athletic person, have been struggling with clinical depression for the past 5 years that's gotten so bad to the point where I quit working out. But this video somehow gives me hope, and makes me want to try again. Thank you, it truly means a lot ☺

day 8 - 6 pounds down and I feel wonderful; watched my ex-husband's health fail because he sat all day and then his legs could NOT support him any more because his muscles were so weak; I learned a lot of what I needed to do just taking care of him; I'm 68 and am loving these sessions because I need to strengthen my entire body - thank you so much for these videos

I am 50 my son is 12, we do Monday to Friday on this workout, we are feeling so good now, may even drop the gym out when it reopens and carry on with the body project,

This is hands down the best fitness channel I've ever come across on Youtube. I was super active when I was young, but during college and entering the working world...I completely lost any motivation to exercise. I'm 28 now, and Team Body Project creates the most achievable and enjoyable workouts! I totally feel exhilarated afterwords, like I just pushed myself to go a little further everyday--but without feeling totally wiped out. The are the only workouts I've ever felt amazing afterward. I've done these for about a month now, and everyday I can feel myself getting stronger, and more able to finish the workout. Thank you---keep going!!!

I am 67 years old and I am sort of active but the pounds were coming on and I was feeling blah. Now I am doing one of these "Body Project" videos every other day. I truly did not know what I was missing. Even if I am simply walking in a square it is cardio and it is magic.

I just have to share that your videos have been the ONLY workout vids that have worked for me in years. It was always so easy for me to injure myself with other videos because I was always under the assumption that high intensity, high impact was the only way to workout and see results but you’ve clearly shown me this obviously is not the case. Ya’ll are always so positive, funny, and motivating throughout the entire workout. I’m honestly excited to work out each day with you! So THANK YOU.. I’m already down 20lbs 🥲
