Today's Low Impact Workout is a Strength & Cardio workout that will have you feeling strong, powerful and sweaty!! We have a mix of strength and endurance exercises with no jumping today and we are using light dumbbells for resistance so go grab yours, follow along and do YOUR best! #HomeWorkout #lowimpactworkout #strength #cardio
