You don't need any equipment to enjoy this workout, just your body and a little bit of space!

If you are extremely overweight, you want to focus on LOW IMPACT exercises and avoid high impact exercises such as jumping or running because it can be extremely stressful on your joints and may cause injuries. Exercise helps your body lose weight by improving your insulin sensitivity, using calories for energy, and building larger muscles that require more energy. First time ever! I am 80-100 lbs overweight and 57. I got through this! I really amazed myself! It’s 3 in the morning. I googled plus size exercise. You popped up. Normally I would just look and say tomorrow but I dig deep inside and I freaking did it!!! It was enjoyable. Thank you thank you

I have tried so many other "low impact" videos to lose weight and they had me hurting for a while and so I just gave up. PRAISE GOD! and thank you for this video...I definitely feel this one working and it doesn't hurt my body. Thanks :) Very awesome:)

I can’t lie, I was a little suspicious of how encouraging and forthcoming you are at the beginning. It took until about halfway that I realized this is a really good workout set. I just restarted my fitness journey yesterday as I made it to m heaviest weight ever, so I’m going to go do this workout. I like to watch them all the way through before doing the workout so I can become familiar with it. Thanks for the encouraging video. I’m gonna go become a better me.

Thank you so much for having my a workout like this. It’s the perfect amount of time for my between-gym days. My highest weight was 425 lbs, and I got down to 320 with diet and meds. I just started my fitness journey after a very dark time in my life, and I am so grateful for content creators like you who are so inclusive and encouraging. I did it for the first time to today, it was intense for me, but I do have 100+ lbs to lose.
I’ve also been walking, eating healthy and have worked up my steps to 4K.
I’m going to add this workout everyday until it gets easy for me.

I've hard such a hard time sticking to any exercise videos, regimes, instructors, they feel forced or I feel inadequate because of my own insecurities but you somehow make me feel comfortable and motivated with your kindness and warm personality. Hugely grateful :).

My weight is 110+ kg, some people suggest me to do walking for my exercise but after i do it i feel my feet are hurt then i found your video this is my 3 times working out with you, thank you so much i hope you will make another workout video for plus size❤

Even though I am only about 15 pounds overweight (those dreaded last few pounds), I decided to try this workout by amping up some moves, but WOW, this workout is for EVERYONE. I am a senior and this KICKED BUTT. I think if you did this everyday, you would see changes in your body, in your health (both physically and mentally) and in your overall daily life. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! It is really hard being overweight and over 50 to start any exercise program. This is exactly what I needed. It is hard enough to break a sweat and get me breathing but not unbearable to not want to do again! And not having to get up and down off the floor is a plus at a heavier weight. Also, having a large stomach I always find that my stomach is in the way but not one of these exercises is a problem. Then to top it off you are so encouraging and helpful with self negative talk. You nailed it! i will be referring you!
